  Products not tagged as “Ready to Ship” are made to order and can take up to 14 working days for delivery within the UK.
• For international orders, delivery times vary based on your location. Ready to Ship items usually arrive within 7–10 working days, while made-to-order pieces can take up to 21 working days. All international orders are sent with tracked shipping.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to natural disasters, severe weather, or courier disruptions. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey. This will be sent to you via email.

IMPORTANT: Always Co-wash the hair every week and do your best to use products that are free of sulfates and parabens. Please make sure you do not utilise heavy products such as grease and thick oils, etc. A light serum or oil such as argan oil can be added for additional shine (minimal amount).

Absolutely however please seek advise from an expert or a professional. We do not claim any liability to any damaged hair as a result of a wrong application of hair products.

Our bundles are naturally thick but not heavy. We recommend using 3 bundles for lenghts such as 14 inches to 20 inches. From 22 inches to 30 inches we recomment using 3-4 bundles depending on the desired thickness.
